Why the hawk

The hawk is a bird built entirely around clarity and intent. It sees further than almost anything else alive, it does not waste a movement, and it does not hesitate. That is the standard we named the brand after — and it is a reasonable description of the sort of person who ends up taking supplements seriously in the first place.

A deliberately short stack

There are supplement brands with a hundred products. We have three. Lion’s Mane, Ashwagandha and Shilajit — the functional mushroom, the adaptogenic root and the mineral-rich resin. Each has centuries of traditional use behind it, and each is made to the same specification rather than to whatever price point happened to be convenient.

We also sell them separately rather than as a single blended “brain formula”. Blends let a brand hide how little of each ingredient is actually in there behind a proprietary label. Three bottles means three doses you can read, and a stack you can build at your own pace.

A short range means we can be specific about what goes into every bottle. Our Lion’s Mane is made from the fruiting body rather than mycelium grown on grain. Our Ashwagandha is a root extract, as Ayurvedic tradition prepares it. Our Shilajit starts from purified resin. Those are the decisions that actually separate one supplement from another, and they are the ones we would want to know about as customers.

Why liquid

The best supplement is the one you are still taking in three months. Capsules get abandoned because the routine becomes a chore — several large tablets, a glass of water, every single day. A dropper takes five seconds and goes into whatever you are already drinking.

It also makes the dose transparent. One full dropper is 1ml, and 1ml is 1,000mg. There is no ambiguity about what you just took.
