Who we are

What this site collects
This is an informational website. We do not sell directly through it, and we do not ask you to create an account or enter payment details here. The data collected is limited to:
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site. This is only collected where you have accepted analytics cookies.
- Contact correspondence. If you email us, we hold your message and email address for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and caching data used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies
We use a cookie consent banner on first visit. Essential cookies keep the site functioning and are always active. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the site.
Buying our products
Our products are sold through Amazon UK. When you click a product link and complete a purchase, that transaction takes place on Amazon’s platform under Amazon’s own privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your payment details, and we do not receive your name or delivery address from Amazon in connection with an individual order.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to delete it, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@blackhawksupplements.com.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site — our web host and Google Analytics — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration; email correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed.
